Hi, I’m Jill — pediatric sleep consultant, mom of a toddler, and identical twins.

When I first became a parent, I thought I had a good idea of what “tired” meant. Then my twins arrived — and suddenly, sleep (for me and for them) became the most precious resource in our home. The exhaustion, the long nights, and the constant juggling taught me quickly that healthy sleep isn’t just nice to have — it’s essential for a family’s wellbeing.

Like so many parents, I searched for answers. What I found was overwhelming advice, conflicting opinions, and lots of judgment. What I needed was practical, honest, science-based support that actually worked for real families like mine. That need is what pushed me to pursue my certification in pediatric sleep consulting.

Now, I combine my training with my lived experience as a mom of multiples to guide other families through their own sleep challenges.
